Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems.
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections as needed.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring they are complete and accurate.
- Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with data-related projects, including data cleaning, data analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve data-related issues.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of data at all times.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying as needed.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as required by the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
