You will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing them with the necessary information about our services.

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Greet visitors warmly and make them feel comfortable.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Provide information about the organization and services to clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a receptionist role or similar position.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
