SalesBizLab We are seeking a dynamic and professional Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. In this vital role, you will manage the front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. You will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing them with the necessary information about our services.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Chicago, IL 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make them feel comfortable.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized and welcoming.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Provide information about the organization and services to clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a receptionist role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
