SalesBizLab We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative duties that support our office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our daily activities. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing office tasks such as filing, data entry, and communication with both internal teams and external clients

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Chicago, IL 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in work.
