Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Provide product and service information to customers and guide them through their decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
