The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various office tasks, coordinating schedules, and serving as a point of contact for both internal and external communications.

Pay Range:
$1100 - $1250 weekly

Location: Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the point of contact for both internal and external communications, providing timely responses to inquiries.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging necessary logistics.
- Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required by management.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available for team members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in an office environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
