Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

SalesBizLab  We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will not only manage the front desk operations but also play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our company’s commitment to exceptional service. 

Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff and conference rooms.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about services offered.
  • Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front office representative or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
