SalesBizLab We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
