SalesBizLab We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. As a Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound and outbound calls and address customer inquiries regarding our products and services.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and empathetically.
  • Document customer interactions in the system accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and call center technology.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
