Sales Bizlab We are seeking a motivated and personable Office Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service that sets the tone for their experience with our company. You will manage our front desk operations, ensuring that the reception area is welcoming and organized.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

 Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude
