SalesBizLab We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Pay Range:
$19.50 - $31.00 hourly
Location: Los Angeles, CA
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage appointments and scheduling for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (MS Office, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
