Pay Range:

$25.60 - $35.00 hourly

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing the schedules and calendars of executives.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Run errands and perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the executives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure the efficient flow of information.
  • Assist with special projects and events as directed by the executive team.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure that the workplace is organized and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus, but not required.
