Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
