SalesBizLab We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, helping to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and ultimately contribute to our growth objectives. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure our marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.

$22.00 - $32.00 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Support the organization of promotional events and activities to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and design software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
