$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
- Managing and organizing office files and documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll and invoices.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
- Updating and managing databases and spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in another clerical position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
