Sales Bizlab  We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an essential part of our operations, the Office Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual who is skilled in handling various administrative tasks and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

 Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Managing and organizing office files and documentation.
  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll and invoices.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
  • Updating and managing databases and spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in another clerical position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
