SalesBizLab We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our dedicated customer support team. As a key player in our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. In this fast-paced environment, you will engage with customers through various channels, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be essential in building trust and rapport.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and determining the best course of action.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or call center environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with clarity and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
