Pay Range:
$1100 - $1250 weekly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and determining the best course of action.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or call center environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with clarity and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
