SalesBizLab is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our operations team. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have strong attention to detail.

Pay Range:
$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming shipments of products and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and report discrepancies.
- Ensure all products are handled and stored safely and securely.
- Assist with routine maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock counts and help in inventory management.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and other delivery vehicles.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for following instructions and managing inventory.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and procedures is preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
