In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay Range:
$1100 - $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle outbound calls to follow up with customers and promote services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Provide information about products and services to assist with customer needs.
- Assist with billing and account inquiries as necessary to ensure customer understanding.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
