SalesBizLab We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in navigating our products and services, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Pay Range:
$1100 - $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving problems effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call center software.
