As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.

 Bonus Points:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience in data entry or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
