Sales Bizlab is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in event management and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Events Assistant will support various aspects of event planning and ensure the successful implementation of events.
Job: Full time
Monday to Friday
Weekends free
Pay Range:
$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Help with event setup, coordination, and teardown.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to ensure smooth event logistics.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event registration.
- Assist in the preparation of event materials, including promotional content, invitations, and agendas.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and compile feedback to improve future events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and event reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media and other channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the events team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
