As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. This position is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Pay Range:
$19.50 - $31.00 hourly
Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
