SalesBizLab We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. This position is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Miami, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
