Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers.
  • Provide accurate information in response to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries have been satisfactorily resolved.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and exceed their expectations.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
