Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules and calendars for senior management.
- Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Conduct research and compile information to help with decision-making and project management.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
