In this role, you will be the face of our organization and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. You will manage a variety of office tasks and procedures that ensure smooth and efficient operations.

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or similar is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
