SalesBizLab We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and handling multiple applications simultaneously.
