Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Identify and suggest improvements in service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and handling multiple applications simultaneously.
