Communications Representative

Sales Bizlab We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Representative to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and sharing our organization's narrative. Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas, TX

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization's initiatives.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage media relations and respond to inquiries from journalists and other media professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
• Organize and coordinate communication events, such as press conferences and community forums.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a similar industry or organization.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and content management systems is a plus.
