$17.50 - $28.00 hourly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of executives when required.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects and tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
