Sales Bizlab is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

Pay Range:
$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process orders, provide product or service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and generate leads.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
