Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

SalesBizLab is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle data entry tasks while providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, have strong communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Orlando, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update customer information in databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional support.
  • Assist customers with product information, order statuses, and any other queries.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as generating reports and tracking customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the customer service and data entry teams to improve processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
  • Previous experience in data entry and customer service is preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a friendly, positive attitude.
