Sales Bizlab We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our office. As an Office Clerk, you will support daily office activities, ensuring that everything runs efficiently. Your tasks will include filing documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with data entry.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain and organize the office filing system to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Greet visitors and provide them with the necessary information or connect them with the appropriate staff member.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or similar will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and coworkers.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.
