SalesBizLab  We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and product launches. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, while also collaborating with vendors, venues, and various internal teams to ensure seamless execution. 

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas, TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of various events, from conception to execution.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and controlled.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to secure services and resources.
  • Oversee logistics such as transportation, catering, and event setup/tear down.
  • Create and manage event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using event management software and tools.
