We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the marketing department with various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage and coordinate social media accounts, ensuring active engagement and content scheduling.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and conferences.
• Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and website content.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment with marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics.
