Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities: 

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer requests effectively.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and assist with any ongoing issues.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively converse with customers and document conversations.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is advantageous.
