SalesBizLab is seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Assistant to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The Front Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for the company and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth front office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job: Full time
Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and filing of documents.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure security by following proper visitor sign-in procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
