We are seeking a highly motivated Communications Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in fostering effective communication with our stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the public. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for crafting clear, engaging messages across various platforms. 

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance the organization’s visibility.
• Craft clear and persuasive messages for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with organizational goals and values.
• Manage the organization’s social media presence, including creating content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Organize and participate in community outreach activities, representing the organization at events and fostering positive relationships.
• Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform communication strategies and improve outreach efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, as well as content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
