Sales Bizlab We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our communications efforts by assisting in the development and implementation of various initiatives aimed at promoting our brand and engaging our audience. 

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas, TX

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and distributing internal and external communications materials.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to enhance online presence.
  • Conduct research to support communications initiatives and identify target audiences.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and presentations related to communications efforts.
  • Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and report on the effectiveness of communications activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
