Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Jersey City, NJ 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Answer and direct phone calls while handling inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and organized.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
